2 options, first one simple
1. back it up internally (works perfect)
Menu, tools, utilities, memory, options, back up phone memory, you can then restore from here once updated
Thanks Pat. I did exactly that, ie, got rid of Nseries suite and installed regular PC Suite. Works fine. Firmware now 11.0.26. Can't see what any advantages are, though, of update. Don't see anywhere on Nokia site with info on this firmware.
Well, the software updater checked online and reported the one I now have: 11.0.026. Maybe things are different in different markets, you Ireland me UK?
This is an international update, country shouldnt matter at all, friends in the US updated to this version this week.
This is a major update and should be worth your while
I agree, Pat, especially after reading the post that you linked to. Noted one comment there, talking about availability of this update can be dependent on which service provider phone tied to. I'm with Vodafone UK. May be some days yet before the update is visible. I guess all I can do is check frequently with the updater.

Ok, updater checked again and reports that 11.0.026 is the latest version. Must be to do with market and/or service provider.
